YOUR ROLE AS A MUNICIPAL OFFICER
As a Municipal Officer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and constructing vital community assets. Your work will ensure that parks, trails, roads, and facilities are safe and accessible for all residents and visitors. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will contribute to various projects that enhance the quality of life in our beautiful municipality.
We have multiple opportunities available, role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will operate a range of plant and equipment while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We seek individuals who are passionate about serving the community and are eager to make a positive impact through their work.
As a successful candidate, you will:
- Possess a current Class C driver’s licence and be willing to obtain safety and plant certifications.
- Hold a current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and computer skills.
- Show resilience and adaptability when faced with challenges.
- Have experience or qualifications in the construction or maintenance of public infrastructure.
Your ability to work safely and efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team, will be essential in achieving our council's objectives and enhancing community well-being.
