Position Overview
Our Coordinator - Asset Operations (Roads) plays a pivotal role within the Community Assets Directorate. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the Council's asset base, including roads, stormwater, fleet services, and parks and reserves. Your leadership will ensure that we deliver exceptional services while prioritising public safety and environmental sustainability.
In this role, you will face the exciting challenge of effectively allocating resources across a broad array of operational functions. You will implement best practices in project management, ensuring that our community assets meet industry standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

The successful candidate will have:
- Trade or tertiary qualifications relevant to asset management.
- Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a similar Roads environment.
- Proven budget and procurement management skills.
- Strong project management experience and a thorough understanding of Work Health Safety practices.
