Position Overview
As our Plumbing Surveyor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that plumbing and drainage systems within our municipality meet all the relevant legislation and standards. Your expertise will help safeguard public health and enhance environmental outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Plumbing Surveyor, your role involves regulatory compliance, inspections, and providing advisory services to a diverse range of stakeholders, including contractors and local residents. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our community’s infrastructure.

You will:
- Possess a current Plumbing Practitioner licence and have at least 5 years industry experience.
- Hold a Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services and relevant compliance qualifications.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical standards, legislation and regulations.
- Familiarity with local government processes (desirable, not essential)
